If you are worried your plant could be damaged in shipping or potentially be damaged by inclement weather during shipping, purchase our Plant Warranty.
The Plant Warranty will insure up to 5 plants per order with an upper limit of $50 per plant. You can select a replacement plant or refund. Plants priced over $50 dollars are not eligible for a replacement. Add one additional quantity per five plants in order.
Proof of shipping damage must be submitted for approval by Monstera Plant Co. within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Email us (email@example.com) with the order number, damaged plants, and accompanying pictures.
If you've selected the Express upgrade for your plants, you do not need this insurance as USPS will provide a refund if damaged or late.
